Dr. Vlad Payrazyan is the Chief Executive Officer and the Founder of Gain.Energy, a company developing artificial intelligence solutions that transform operations in the oil and gas industry. A petroleum engineer by training, he combines technical insight with a deep understanding of digital innovation.

Vlad has more than two decades of experience spanning geology, drilling, and AI software development. Before founding Gain.Energy, he co-founded two successful technology companies, Rock Flow Dynamics and ROGII, both recognized for advancing intelligent energy solutions.
